Alexander Forbes Consultants & Actuaries, part of the Alexander Forbes Group, is continuing its drive to develop the flexible benefits and wider rewards programmes in the UK with the appointment of Dorian Hannington as Head of Flexible Benefits.
Dorian has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services and employee benefits industry, specialising in flexible and employee benefits as well as client and operation management. He has held a number of senior roles within organisations such as Aon, Mercer and Barclays having started his career as an IFA and tax adviser for the private client division of a merchant bank. Dorian has also worked with employee benefit clients ranging from boutique hedge funds to multinationals having implemented and managed flexible benefit and broader reward schemes for over 60 organisations including Nestle, Coca Cola, The Bank of England, Ernst & Young, Channel 4 and EasyJet.
