Redleaf breakfast seminar

Managing Crisis Communications for Charities

Redleaf breakfast seminar

Would your charity be prepared to manage the inevitable fallout if it faced any of the following events?

  • Charity Commission investigation
  • Staff misconduct
  • Data breaches
  • Cyber attacks
  • Whistleblowing claim
  • Fraud
  • Funding cut
  • Death/injury/abuse

Failure to do so could result in:

  • Long-term damage to the charity’s and executive/trustees’ reputation and credibility
  • Loss of key supporters and consumer confidence
  • Calls for resignations
  • Severe impact on the charity’s ability to fundraise
  • A significant drain on resources
  • Substantial, exceptional costs and lawsuits
  • Damage to staff morale and impact on ability to hire and retain
  • Loss of licence to operate

The key to effective reputation management is preparation. Redleaf Communications can help ensure you identify potential risk scenarios, mitigate, and manage them.

We are also hosting a breakfast seminar at our offices on Friday 27 July 2018 on ‘Managing Crisis Communications for Charities’. Please contact Vanessa Chance on if you would like to attend.
