Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic and enterprising individual to join our award-winning property team.

With opportunities to work across corporate or B2C accounts, this exciting role would suit someone with a real love for property and might include working with property funds, developers and investors, or promoting residential, commercial or mixed-use development projects.

Main requirements are:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role within including some experience working on property accounts
  • Excellent creative writing skills with strong grammatical knowledge and an ability to write concise, compelling copy. In addition to press releases, writing work might include speeches, award entries, comment articles, blogs and social media posts
  • A proven ability to secure press coverage, raise the profile of individuals and corporates and, ideally, excellent media contacts
  • Hard working, proactive and enthusiastic: a real implementer who is able to put ideas into practice and roll up their sleeves to manage accounts and exceed clients’ expectations
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good IT skills and an understanding of social media
  • Confident phone manner
  • Degree or equivalent qualification

Salary dependent on experience, with benefits package including health insurance, gym membership, travel insurance, life assurance, zones 1-3 travel allowance, 30 days’ annual leave and additional days off for birthdays and charity days.

New business commission payable on new fees introduced.

Annual bonuses linked to individual and team KPIs.
