Melissa Davison

Managing Director, Redleaf Relations

Melissa is a Director and Board Member of Redleaf Relations Limited, specialising in retail investor relations. Melissa has obtained her Investment Management Certificate, recognised by the fund management industry as the benchmark qualification for managing and advising on investments. She is one of the key executives in this field with an extensive knowledge of the sector and a significant contact base.

Melissa has handled retail investor relations for a number of companies in a diverse range of sectors. Examples include Beazley Group plc, Redstone plc, Chaucer Holdings plc, Allergy Therapeutics plc, Monterrico Metals plc and Cluff Gold plc.

Supervising the team for PCB transaction work, past experience includes hostile bids, primary and secondary fund raisings and proxy administration.

Previously Melissa worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Technology, Information, Communications, Entertainment and Energy Audit team on clients such as Exxon Mobil, Taylor Nelson Sofres plc, ITV plc (formerly Carlton Communications Plc), Vivendi Universal and Disney. Melissa graduated from Bristol University where she studied Archaeology.
