Ian is a founding shareholder in Redleaf and the Senior Partner of Rosenblatt Solicitors, the City law firm he founded in 1989.

Today, Rosenblatt has a remarkable global client roster which includes major public corporations, large private companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals. Ian specialises in corporate finance, venture capital, M&A, flotations, takeovers, public company regulatory advice.

The Firm acts for companies in a wide variety of industry sectors including media, financial services, motor racing, publishing, music, retail and technology. Contentious work includes particularly shareholder disputes, breach of trust and breach of duty cases.

Ian also established the Rosenblatt Recital Series, his regular opera recital series for leading international opera vocalists.
