High Timber
Launched in March 2009, High Timber is the brainchild of award winning South African winemakers Gary and Kathy Jordan of Jordan Wine Estate and leading London restaurateur Neleen Strauss. Located on the north bank of the River Thames, with stunning views of the Globe Theatre and Tate Modern, High Timber offers customers a ‘wine dining’ experience, with its cellars housing over 40,000 bottles and one of the world’s finest selections of South African wines, to accompany its selection of seasonal cheeses and a modern European menu.
